These cover the most common account, device, and match-day questions. Your scoring remains available locally when connectivity is interrupted.

What should I set up before match day?+

Create both teams, add the players you expect to use, and set the match details before the toss. This makes scoring faster when play starts.

Can I add a player who is not already in the app?+

Yes. You can add a player to your squad when setting up the team or match. If a player joins late, add them before finalising the playing eleven.

Can I change the playing eleven after creating a match?+

Yes, while the match is still being prepared. Once scoring has started, avoid changing the lineup unless you are correcting a setup mistake.

What happens if my internet drops while I am scoring?+

Keep scoring. The app is designed to hold your scoring work and send it when the connection returns. Do not sign out or clear the app data before it catches up.

How do I fix a wrong ball, run, wicket, or extra?+

Use the scoring controls to correct the latest ball as soon as you notice it. For bigger changes, review the scorecard and match details before sharing the result.

Why can I see some matches but not edit them?+

You can view public matches, but editing is limited to the people who created the match or manage the team. Ask the team organiser to add you if you need scoring access.

How do live stream links and match videos work?+

Add the video or live stream link to the match so viewers can open it from the match card. If the video thumbnail is not ready yet, the link can still be opened.

What is the overlay link used for?+

The overlay link lets your stream show the live score on top of the video. Share it only with the person setting up the broadcast.

Why is my match not showing on the home screen?+

Home focuses on matches that are live, starting soon, or linked to your teams. Check My Matches or search if the match was created by someone else.

Can I use the app as a guest?+

You can explore some areas as a guest. Sign in when you want to create teams, score matches, manage squads, or keep your cricket activity connected to you.

Can I turn match notifications off?+

Yes. Open Profile and change your notification preferences for this device. You can turn them back on later if you want match reminders again.

What should I include when contacting support?+

Send the match name, team names, your account email, and a short description of what you were trying to do. A screenshot is helpful if something looked wrong.
